Refund Policy

Treva provides a 7-day return policy for unused and unworn items with intact tags. When a customer exercises the option to request for refund, Treva provides the refund within 15 of the request. While refunds for payments made through online mode are reverted through the same mode, refunds for cash on delivery payments can be made through NEFT or store credit.

For initiating a return or exchange, please adhere to the following straightforward instructions:

All items for return or exchange must be unworn and in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging. To facilitate the return process, damaged items must also be tagged. Damaged or altered items without tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Additionally, kindly send an email to, including images of the products along with their packaging and tags, in order to arrange a return pick-up.

Afterwards, our courier partner will collect your package within 3-5 business days without any additional charges.

After the item is collected, we will provide store credit for the corresponding amount in your account (if you have created one) or process an online refund via NEFT within 15 business days, based on the return option chosen during the request placement.

Exchanges for items purchased on are possible, either for the same item or an alternative, contingent upon stock availability.
